To develop core strength, Pilates is the best way for both professional performers and everyone to stay in shape. Pilates mainly targets the deep muscles of the abdominals (pelvic floor muscles) which is a key factor to improving posture, balance, athletic performance and a healthy back. Since core muscles are connected to the nervous system, Pilates as well relaxes you and relieves the strain of daily work.
